Terms & Conditions

You are about to have a commission with TheSheepDen Artworks, please read carefully the Terms and Conditions before proceeding the commission

 

  • Commission slots are not guaranteed "First come, first serve". The artist have the right to decline if I find it too difficult to illustrate

 

  • The client must respect that the artist's artstyle cannot be altered and can differ depending on the theme/mood of the artwork

 

  • I can draw: original characters, fanarts, couples, girls, boys, simple armor, and nekomimi (half human, half cat etc.) I don’t draw: muscles, mecha, furries, gore, and nsfw

 

  • Please be respectful and don't be rude to the artist, act with professionalism, any rude or hate comment will not be tolerated. We are human too.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Please do note that you are only purchasing the artist's service. Nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped as the commission is only considered as Digital Goods.Please do not claim the work as your own. Proper credit to the artist is a must and will always be appreciated.

 

  • The artist have the right to showcase the commissioned artworks in their platform to promote, advertise and/or for portfolio purposes, unless you checked the NDA agreement

 

  • If you checked the NDA agreement, the artist will not post anything on the project in any socials sites and portfolio purposes

 

  • If you commission the artist for merchandise or product, the artwork is completely yours but properly credit the original artist

Payments & Refunds

  • All the rates and base prices are subjected to change, rates may increase if the commission have complexity or additional add ons
     

  • Once the artist fully checks the request, sends an invoice, and the client pay in full or half of  the commission, the project will start.
     

  • Mode of payments: Banco de Oro (BDO), Maya and Paypal
     

  • Any ways to harass or threaten the artist to lower the price that has been given for the commission will not be tolerated. Please make sure you, the client, have made your own computations on the total quote based on the rates posted before inquiring.
     

  • NO REFUNDS/CHARGEBACKS/CANCELLATION once the project has started.

Work Schedule

  • The artist is currently available most days, but currently looking for full time work. Schedules may vary due to real life circumstances. Once certain circumstances that the artist have a full time job, the schedule will vary on their availability. The artist can message updates through private messages on active social media (twitter, instagram). But if they can’t properly message you, you can see the update statuses on Trello, please see the link on the profile

Deadlines | Turnarounds

  • As much as possible, do not rush the commission for a better output. Please allow respective turnaround per commission for the project to be complete and understand unexpected delays could occur considering the artist’s workload/real life circumstances. Queue is not granted by "first come, first serve" basis as well
     

  • If the client have a specific deadline, there will be a rush fee, it will be added during the invoice, and depends on the complexity
     

  • The artist reserves the right to prioritize any work that they feel most comfortable working on at the moment
     

  • No harassment over the artist's work speed shall be tolerated regardless of the time that has passed. The artist reserves the right to take up to max. of 3 weeks to begin working on the client's commission, considering that there are other on-going commissions and the commissioned work is not a rushed order
     

  • During the middle of commission progress, as much as possible wait till the artist gives you an update. While the client reserves the right to ask for updates, it is highly encouraged to wait until the artist sends the update by themselves. Updates are usually sent immediately when there is significant progress on the work

Revisions

  • Make sure while in the sketch phase of the project, if there are any changes when the artist sent the sketch before continuing on the project, tell them in detail what they needed to be revised. 
     

  • Only up to 2 (two) major revisions can be made for free, strictly during the sketching and line art stage only. Minor revisions such as changing the colors and adding small details are always free. More than 2 major revisions will be charged about 10 USD to 20 USD depending on the complexity added.
     

  • The client is responsible to ensure that their provided references and notes contain all the details needed for the artist in order to create their vision for the project.

Final Output

  • All final outputs will be delivered via google drive link/gmail attachment and will include all necessary files (illustration in .jpeg/.png/.gif formats, live2d texture files/.moc3, etc., if applicable).The client is expected to be responsible for saving any information, images, and links provided by the artist. Any file provided by the artist will only be available for a finite time to preserve storage space.

Use

  • The client reserves the right to upload and use the commissioned work (as profile icons/banners/etc.) on any platform considering that it is properly credited to the artist in the client's bio/post-description.

Communication

  • Ideally, communication will be mainly held through twitter DM and/or email.
